By commissioning me, you as the client declare that you have read, understand and accept my terms of service mentioned below and are willing to comply with them, under no circumstances my terms of service may be overridden except for prior agreements to the contrary.

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated, and I have the right to cancel any commission for those reasons.
Don't provide vague descriptions, I politely ask for you to provide clear references or descriptions. Unless you explicitly giving me artistic freedom, if you're giving me artistic freedom you're not allowed to ask for mayor changes.

payment
Payment is done via PayPal invoices or Ko-fi.
Do not send payment without my approval.
Payment is in USD.
Payment can be done in CLP via bank transfer ( banco estado ), must be discussed beforehand.
Cryptocurrency is not accepted.
Refunds are not allowed for completed artworks.
A partial refund when the artwork is still unfinished can be discussed.
procedure
The client must clarify beforehand if they want: a high resolution version of the sketch, a transparent .png of the artwork or a version of the background without the character. It must be requested before the artistic process begins due to my art being done in a single layer under normal circumstances.
A description of the desired drawing will be discused, the description may include reference images and descriptions.
Once the corresponding price has been paid I will start working depending on the order of arrival.
The resolution, height, and width of the artwork will be tailored to my needs; the client can request custom height and width beforehand as long as my device can handle the size and it's comfortable for me to work in the requested resolution.
A low resolution screenshot of the sketch will be shown to the client to know their opinion about the piece, if they like it the process will continue normally, if they do not the client can request the changes they want until the piece is to their liking.
More screenshot updates can be shown to the client if requested.
I could ask for more details during the process, in cases where the reference is unclear, details are missing or general doubts.
Deadlines must be discussed before the artwork is paid, If the deadline is at the limit of my available time, the commission will be rejected.
As the artist, I will do my best to finish the commissioned work in a timely manner.
You will be notified of situations that make it impossible for me to complete the drawing for a period of time, depending on the period of time or severity of the situation, a refund may be discussed.
Colors of the character may change in the final product, such as reducing or increasing the saturation, changing the color hue or slightly changing the color palette, always making sure to keep the character recognizable in the final product.
The finished artwork will be delivered in the same medium the customer contacted me in the first place.
Due to social media compression, I will ask for an email adress to which I'll send the finished full resolution artwork and any additional files the client may have requested.
I'm still the author of the artwork, the client cannot claim the art as theirs.
The art is for personal use only, ( prints, reuploads, profile pictures, etc ) the client is not allowed to create profits out of the commissioned art.
You may repost the commissioned artwork in any social media with proper credits.
You cannot remove my signature / watermark in order to claim the artwork as yours.
You cannot use my art for hateful or harmful propaganda.
You cannot trace or recolor the artwork without permission or proper credit.
I do not condone the use of my art for non-fungible tokens.
I do not condone the use of my art for Artificial Intelligence training.
Terms of service will be updated over time.
